The Great Outside

I must admit, I've never really been much of an "outside person". Dirt, prickly grass, bugs... Not to mention I burn quite easily. My kiddos, on the other hand, would live out of doors if I would let them. But I am trying, I really am. I don't want them to grow up disconnected from nature and I don't want to be either.

I ran across this post today. Which led me here, and here. Children and Nature Awareness Month. I am grateful for this. A needed reminder to go outside! So we are participating in the challenge and will be getting out every day and posting one picture. Will you take the challenge?
