Meltdown Monday Giveaway

Comments on this post are now closed.

How is everyone post-Christmas? I hope yours was very merry. Ours was but I really don't have very many photos to attest to that. We were all just very in the moment, enjoying one another and the camera was brought out very little. Perhaps I'll share what few I do have tomorrow or some time later this week.
For now I want to have a little giveaway, since I've not have one in a few weeks. This week I'm working on a new pattern, maybe more but this pair for share. May I introduce, the Tomten and the Fox. This particular set I've photographed has already sold but I'll have to make up another set as I work out the pattern.

So today I am offering this complete set, the Tomten, Fox and the wee bowl and another winner will receive the pattern. Please let me know in your comment whether you are a knitter so I know whether or not to enter your name for the pattern.

OK, so to enter leave me a comment. You can let me know how your Monday is going or, better yet, tell me how you beat the dreadful Meltdown Monday or just say hi. Whatever.

For additional entries;

I'm keeping from melting down by knitting a hat for myself. After too little sleep and a cold head lately, the knitting is giving me some inward peace during this "quiet time" Monday. Your tomten and fox are adorable!
So fun! I beat the Monday Meltdown by sleeping in and knitting. Unfortunately I didn't finish all the gifts I wanted to in time for Christmas, so I'm using this quiet week to finish them all up.
Hope your family had a lovely Christmas!
Those are so cute. I'd love either the knitted version or the pattern! My Monday's kinda blah. I wanted to get some crafty things done today but my motivation is sort of drained! Hopefully tonight. :)
This is adorable! We had a wonderful Christmas and are enjoying the day, playing with new toys and games. Glad you had a good one too!

What I do to conquer Meltdown mondays is start a new project! Whether it happens to be a new book, new knitting project, de cluttering my house or deep cleaning some part of same said house! I put on some music and dig in! SO glad you decided to make a pattern for theTomten and Fox! I can't not wait to get my hands on this pattern!! I hope the release is soon- I just loved knitting up the witch and fairy patterns!

I'm not a knitter, but I am loving that fox. So cute!
Super cute - and I'm a fairly newbie knitted, but would love to give them a go ;-) Hope you had a wonderful Christmas!
Oh, I love these! They are so sweet and my daughter LOVES that book.
I don't knit very well yet, but perhaps someday! ;)

I was lucky today and missed out on the Monday Meltdown because my husband had the day off, and we got to go sledding with the kids. Woohoo!
Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas :)
I am recovering from xmas day Badminton, the foxy is so sweet!
Oh they are so lovely! My boys would adore them. I am a very beginner knitter, so the set would be best for me, I think. ;) As for my Monday, well - I'm hoping Tuesday turns out much better!
Goodness, that is just so sweet! Count me in!
My Monday was a continuation of the Christmas holiday celebrations....though I am feeling like my Tuesday will be a meltdown of withdrawals from too much of the holiday sweets. :-) I love the tomten and the fox. (and so do my girls!) I am a beginner knitter (scarfs and blankets with the basic knit)...but I am in awe of your knitting capabilities....maybe someday.
This set is so cute! Great for storytelling.

We still had boxing day yesterday. . .a quiet family day with a long walk in the cold woods . .
I follow you on facebook as well. . .
what a neat little set! Love the little fox!
Our Monday was decent enough. This morning has seen both of my littlest ones wake before dawn with fevers and unhappiness. The Beast and I are snuggled on the couch watching My Neighbor Totoro. Now if only I had a cup of coffee.. (:

Me? Knit? *snort* My husband would tell you that I do next to nothing else!
What a sweet set...I spent Monday at the hospital attending a lovely little labor patient. Of course I knit:)
oh, what a wonderful set. yes i knit. my monday was a meltdown. my brother and his girlfriend came in from out of town and i am uncomfortable with both of them. we ended up going out to eat with my son and daughter and granchildren. i ended up at the end of the table, which suited me fine. my 5 month old grandson who had been exceptionally good for three days as strangers on his father's side had been passing him around and he had missed naps and had late bedtimes finally had a meltdown in grandmama's arms. the noise level of the restaurant made it so it didn't matter and so seamus and i were at one end of the table with his meltdown and everyone else was at the other end. i just didn't care at that point.

What an adorable set, I have been meaning to buy that book for my kindergarten class for some time, having the little figures to go along with the book would be amazing. I am also a knitter and would love to be in the drawing for the pattern as well.
What a lovely giveaway! It is now Tuesday but Monday was hard since I have a terrible cold and my 3.5-year old is very healthy and wanted OUT of the house. Thankfully Daddy (who also has a terrible cold) took her tabogganing. There has been a lot of tabogganing this holiday for her - not so much for Mummy & baby though. I'm also a knitter and would love to be entered into the drawing for the pattern as well. If I won this I would put it away until next Christmas - and then I would already have started my Christmas preparations for next year! :)
Just stopping by to say hi!! I love this little set so much thanks for offering to share.
Oh my, I just ordered this book! This would be AMAZING to win!!!!

Thank you!!!
Oh, they are adorable! You have such a gift. :) I'm a knitter!
